Camping at Beaver Mountain

A few weeks ago we went camping up Beaver Mountain with my parents. My mom's boss has a cabin on the ski resort, so we got to stay there. It was a short camping trip for us, but it was fun to get away.

Kinda not so funny story... about a half an hour after my parents left to go up there my sister calls me and says that there is water running all down the hallway in their house. Turns out that the drain was backing up in their laundry room and when she had showered it had flooded EVERYWHERE in their house (because of tree roots growing into the pipes)! We helped pull up the carpet in the guest bedroom, pull out as much carpet pad as we could and had to move tons of stuff out from closets and rooms so that it wasn't getting ruined. It was a huge disaster! My mom had to come home to a ton of work and clean-up on labor day. What a great weekend, huh?
